Exhibition stand construction in Frankfurt

The demolition of Hall 5 has now started on the Frankfurt exhibition grounds. According to the plans of architect Martin Schoenmakers, the hall was built between 1970 and 1972.
From 2023 the new Hall 5 with flexible areas for all event formats and with a direct connection to the Congress Center Messe Frankfurt is to open.
With a hall area of more than 18,000 m2, which extends over two levels, Hall 5 offers space for 16,500 people. The new building will be supplemented with an attractive foyer with around 1,200 square meters of event space.
